Codiaeum variegatum, commonly known as croton or garden croton, is a species of flowering plant in the family Euphorbiaceae, native to Indonesia, Malaysia, and other parts of the western Pacific Ocean. It is a popular ornamental plant, known for its brightly colored, variegated leaves that come in a wide range of colors, patterns, and shapes.
