Order Cancellation and Rejection Policy

Onlineplantscart reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for plants at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

 

Weather-Related Damages: Extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain, excessive heat, or severe cold may lead to the plants' deterioration, including wilting, pest infestation, or drying out. In such cases, we may cancel the order to prevent delivering a compromised product.

 

Plant Quality Issues: If the plant is not in optimal condition, does not match the description or image provided on our website, or significantly differs in appearance, we may cancel the order to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Stock Availability: If the plant is out of stock or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

 

Rural Areas: If a customer's order is placed from a rural or remote area within India, where delivering live plants is logistically challenging, we reserve the right to cancel or reject the order at our discretion.

 

We may cancel or reject an order if we reasonably believe that the plants may not survive the shipping process or may not be delivered in good condition.

 

In such cases, we will notify the customer about the order cancellation or rejection, and any payments made will be refunded as per our refund policy.

 

Onlineplantscart strive to provide the highest quality plants to our customers. However, due to the nature of living organisms and varying environmental factors, we cannot guarantee that plants will always match exactly with the images shown on our website.
